HOW TO ORDER THE RIGHT TIRE OR WHEEL
Wheels consist of the Rim, Tire and Tube (or Airless Airfree if available) and may have attachments for the brake and chain sprocket. The Rim has wheel bearings that are included. Wheel come in different sizes appropriate for the tire size used. To find the size of your wheel look on the side of the tire or tube. All pneumatic tires and tubes are printed with the Size which is often the Diameter and Width in either standard or metric scale. If your tire says it is 200 X 50 in size then this is the same as an 8" diameter by 2" width tire (25mm = 1 inch). The inner tube and wheel are also stated in the same size. Generally the tire size is the approximate diameter and width (8 X 2 is 8 inch diameter by 2 inch width). Another way of stating size is 10 inch (3.00-4) or 8 inch (2.50-4) where the diameter is approximately 10 inches across with a width stated in the first number and rim size after the dash in inches. The wheel rim diameter opening on the tire is approximately 4 inches.

SUMMARY OF SCOOTER PARTS:
When electric scooters first became popular our Scooter Tubes (Innertubes), Tires (sizes: 12, 10, 8 1/2, 8, 200x50, 2.50-4, 3.00-4, 4.10/3.50-4), Airless (Airfree) Tires, Bearings (including 6000z, 6001z, 6200zz), Wheels, Rims, Axles and wheel hardware, and Common Scooter Tire Components were available for customers in need who otherwise could not get parts for their model scooters. Bearings for wheels and fork assemblies were hard to find, and still are for quality parts. The difference in our selection of tires, tubes, wheels, and parts from others' parts is that we reject the cheap parts sometimes available to us. Plus, we test the parts we sell prior to shipping them to our customers, adding a little bit to the price but insuring quality. And with the advent of Airless or Airfree tires that prevent freqent maintenance we found a real timesaver for scooter owners. To find the size of your wheel look on the side of your tire or tube. All pneumatic tires are printed with the Diameter and Width information in either standard or metric scale. If your tire says it is 200 X 50 in size then this is the same as an 8" diameter by 2" width tire (25mm = 1 inch). The inner tube and wheel are also stated in the same size. Generally the tire size is the approximate diameter and width (8 X 2 is 8 inch diameter by 2 inch width). Another way of stating size is 10 inch (3.00-4) where the diameter is approximately 10 inches across with a width of approximately 3 inches and a wheel rim diameter opening on the tire of approximately 4 inches.

OR, SELECT AN EXCHANGE SPROCKET AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER:
A few customers have pinched the innertube in between the tire rim when replacing a bad tube, causing a hole or rip in the tube. This happens when you do not partially inflate the tube to get it out of the way of the rim as you put it together. Just add a little pressure so the tube fills out and gets out of the way of the rim. Then tighten the tire rim screws or bolts securely and THEN finish adding the correct tire pressure! Saves a big problem caused by the rim tightening on the uninflated tube!!
